advanced Field Leadership

Leading others

Not the next level. A different level.

Intro Field Leadership: Leading Self builds the fundamentals: showing up, communicating clearly, running a crew day to day. Advanced Field Leadership: Leading Others isn’t a continuation of that course. It’s built for a different challenge entirely. It is designed for leaders who are already capable and now need to shape how an entire team performs, not just how one person performs

Attendees develop the behaviors that improve team performance including clarity, vision, alignment, strategic focus, and collaboration. In class learning is paired with practical activities focused on psychological safety, shared accountability, and goal alignment so the skills can be applied directly to the people they lead.
