Introductory Field Leadership

Introductory Field Leadership trains rising field managers, foremen, and superintendents to be expert leaders of people. In this construction leadership course, attendees will develop their skills to grow from technical field experts to field managers and leaders. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on learning, this six-session program will help field leaders improve their effectiveness.

A rising leader in construction uses the skills he learned in WMCI's Introductory Field Leadership course to direct his team on a job site.
