Concrete 1

Concrete 1 introduces students to the core practices of concrete construction, from jobsite safety and tool use to preparing, placing, and finishing concrete. Students develop foundational skills in formwork, reinforcing, and common flatwork applications while focusing on quality, durability, and safe work habits.

Exterior Envelope 3

Exterior Envelope 3 strengthens students’ readiness for foreman and superintendent responsibilities by beginning with WMCI’s Introductory Field Leadership course which focuses on leadership, communication, team building, productivity, and client management. Students then complete OSHA 30 training and apply these skills through project supervision activities and a culminating mockup build that reinforces safe jobsite coordination and quality expectations.
