Course information
The Foundations of Safety Leadership training course teaches students about critical leadership skills and helps them to be a safety leader who can create and sustain safe and productive jobsites. The FSL module was developed by an experienced team that included OSHA 10 and 30-hour outreach trainers, construction workers, safety and health professionals from the construction industry and safety, health, and leadership experts.

Seth Wehner, Owner – SWMGT
Seth has 20 years of experience in Construction Safety, is an authorized OSHA instructor and holds the SMS and CHST certifications. Seth is the President of SW MGT safety.

At the end of the training, each participant will be able to:
- Explain why safety leadership is important
- Describe 5 critical safety leadership skills
- Discuss how an effective leader can apply those skills on the jobsite
