This intensive 4-day course will prepare you to confidently take the State of Michigan Journeyman Plumber Exam.

Designed and instructed by Ferris State University’s Construction Management professors, this 30-hour course is designed to teach technical skills for commercial construction project managers. Attendees will cover crucial topics including project communication, contracts/scope of work, project buyout, schedule development, cash flow, project turnover/closeout, and administration.
This course provides participants with the tools and techniques needed to deliver confident, engaging, and impactful presentations.

In partnership with Ferris State University, this course instructs attendees in the expertise and knowledge required for leadership roles in the field.

The OSHA 10 certification course provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in the construction industry.
The course provides students with high quality first aid & CPR training so they can act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.

Developed in partnership with the Literacy Center of West Michigan, this course teaches construction Spanish through a customized curriculum that covers the most common words and phrases used on a construction jobsite.

In the Scaffold Training Competent Person course students will learn how to recognize scaffold hazards, the proper way for handling equipment, and proactive methods to ensure the highest level of scaffold safety on job sites.

This course provides an introductory understanding of how to read and interpret the various forms of construction documents for all areas of construction with an emphasis on architectural and structural trades.

Advanced Field Leadership emphasizes leading and motivating others, team development, and accountability.
