Procore is a robust software used to manage every part of the construction project lifecycle.

For the Fall 2023 semester, WMCI is offering two Procore courses: Procore Core Tools & Procore Field Application.

Core Tools is recommended as a prerequisite for Field Application; however, attendees with prior Procore experience may take Field Application as a stand-alone course.

Procore core tools

Course Description

This course is designed to teach attendees how to effectively use Procore’s Core Tools. In this course, attendees will learn the behind-the-scenes setup of Procore and how to successfully utilize Procore’s tools in their projects.

Understand the role & responsibilities of a Procore Admin, correctly define how each Company level tool functions, set appropriate permissions for team members, setup a project, manage documents, create a project directory, and create & manage RFI’s and submittals.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for the construction professional that is looking to get started in Procore and learn how to setup a project, a directory, manage drawings and more. No previous experience with Procore is necessary as this is the introduction course to teach you about Procore and how to setup your project for success.

Procore field Application

Course Description

This course builds from the skills and knowledge attendees learned in Core Tools, moving into teaching attendees how to effectively use Procore’s Field Application tools and how to successfully utilize them. (Prerequisite recommended: Core Tools)

Understand how to create/ use daily reports and punch lists, manage meetings and schedules, organize drawings and data, share access to photos, and configure observations and inspections.

Who Should Attend

This course is created for the construction professional (subcontractor, specialty, general contractor, owner, construction manager, etc.) that is looking to leverage the efficiency of using Procore on a project. Completion of Core Tools is recommended as a prerequisite to Field Applications. However, attendees with prior Procore experience may take Field Applications as a stand-alone course.
