Description: This course is designed to teach you how to effectively use Procore’s Core Tools. In this course you will learn the behind the scenes setup of Procore and how to successfully utilize Procore’s tools for your project.
Learning Objectives: Understand the role & responsibilities of a Procore Admin, correctly define how each Company level tool functions, set appropriate permissions for team members, setup a project, manage documents, create a project directory, and create & manage RFI’s and submittals.
Who Should Attend: This course is designed for the construction professional that is looking to get started in Procore and learn how to setup a project, a directory, manage drawings and more. No previous experience with Procore is necessary as this is the introduction course to teach you about Procore and how to setup your project for success.

This course builds from the skills and knowledge students learned in Core Tools, moving into teaching attendees how to effectively use Procore’s Field Application tools and how to successfully utilize them.
Learning Objectives: Understand how to create/use daily reports and punch lists, manage meetings and schedules, organize drawings and data, share access to photos, and configure observations and inspections.
Who Should Attend: This course was created for the construction professional (subcontractor, specialty contractor, general contractor, owner, construction manager, etc.) that is looking to leverage the efficiency of using Procore on a project. This course is designed for the construction professional who already has a fundamental understanding of the construction process ad terminology, the basics Procore, and have completed the Core Tools training.
